Public-facing buildings train staff to be helpful, and helpfulness is what an intruder exploits. A physical penetration test measures whether someone with a confident story and a visitor badge can reach the floors, rooms, and records that are supposed to stay restricted.
Braav's testers attempt entry the way a real adversary would: tailgating through badge doors at morning peak, presenting as vendors or couriers, testing loading docks and service corridors, and checking stairwells and after-hours access. In medical facilities, we test the boundary between public areas and clinical ones.
Every engagement starts with written authorization and agreed rules of engagement. The report shows each entry path we used, how far we got, what stopped us and what did not, and a prioritized remediation plan.
For Sacramento clients we commonly test government-adjacent offices, healthcare campuses, and corporate facilities across the region.
