In New York, a building's perimeter rarely matches its property line. Shared concourses, subway-linked retail, co-op service entrances, and a constant flow of messengers and vendors mean strangers move through the edges of your building all day. A physical penetration test finds out whether anyone challenges them.
Braav's testers attempt entry the way a real adversary would: tailgating through turnstiles at morning peak, joining courier and delivery flows, presenting as vendors or building contractors, and working service corridors, freight elevators, stairwells, and roof access. In hotel and hospitality properties, we test the back-of-house routes that guests never see.
Every engagement starts with written authorization and agreed rules of engagement. Afterward, you get a report showing each entry path we used, how far we got, what stopped us and what did not, and a prioritized remediation plan your facilities and security teams can act on.
For New York clients we commonly test Midtown and Financial District office towers, hotels, and multi-tenant residential buildings.
