Hotels and resorts are the hardest common building type to secure: they are open to the public by design, staffed by hundreds of people, and full of doors that must stay unlocked until they should not. A physical penetration test shows whether the boundary between guest areas and staff areas actually holds.
Braav's testers attempt entry the way a real adversary would: walking service corridors and back-of-house routes, presenting as vendors or event staff, testing freight elevators and pool-deck doors, and checking whether a confident walk past the front desk reaches guest floors, offices, or storage areas. For port-area warehouses, we test gate queues, docks, and after-hours access the same way.
Every engagement starts with written authorization and agreed rules of engagement. The report shows each entry path we used, how far we got, what stopped us and what did not, and a prioritized remediation plan your team can act on.
For Miami clients we commonly test hotels and resorts, mixed-use towers, and port-adjacent logistics facilities.
