A building under renovation is the easiest kind to enter: temporary doors, rotating contractors, and workers who assume everyone with a hard hat belongs. A physical penetration test measures whether your controls survive the construction phase, not just the finished floor plan.
Braav's testers attempt entry the way a real adversary would: presenting as contractors or delivery drivers, testing temporary entrances and construction boundaries, tailgating through badge doors, and checking stairwells, roof access, and after-hours entry points. On plant and R&D sites, we test the boundary between public areas and prototype or tooling floors.
Every test runs under written authorization with defined rules of engagement. The report documents each attempted entry, how far it went, and gives your team a prioritized fix list, from post orders and camera angles to hardware and escort policy.
For Detroit-area clients we commonly test redevelopment sites, automotive facilities, and downtown towers.
